- Individual entrants must be working in the UK
- Entrants for organisations must be working in or carrying out work in the UK. Their products or services must be available for purchase in the UK market.
- Entrants can nominate themselves.
- Entrants can nominate other individuals or organisations, however their relationship must be disclosed and evidence referenced.
- Entrants can enter multiple awards however must offer unique answers for each entry.

Defence, Policing & Law Enforcement
This category showcases achievements in cybersecurity within the defence, policing, and law enforcement sectors. It recognises individuals, teams, or organisations that have demonstrated innovation, leadership, DEI efforts or exceptional dedication in protecting national security and upholding public safety through exemplary cyber initiatives. Often these organisations are not publicly recognised for their accomplishments due to the nature of their work, therefore this category gives a platform to recognise and reward those individuals for their achievements. This category should also highlight any sustainability practises this organisation or individual has implemented/been a part of to encourage green cyber.
The Cyber Policing Individual of the Year Award
An open award for an outstanding individual in the Policing and Law Enforcement sector who has contributed to the Cyber and Online Safety space.
The Cyber Policing Team of the Year
An open award for an outstanding team in the Policing and Law Enforcement sector who has contributed to the Cyber and Online Safety space.
The NPCC Commissioners Choice Award
A closed award at the discretion of the National Police Chiefs Council for an individual or team who have made a significant contribution to the Cyber and Online Safety space.

The Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) Award
This award recognises exceptional contributions to the protection and resilience of the UK's Critical National Infrastructure (CNI). It honors individuals, teams, or organisations that have demonstrated excellence in safeguarding the systems and services essential to the nation’s security and well-being.
The NCA AWARD
A closed award designed for employees, contractors and partners of the National Crime Agency due to the sensitive and secret nature of their work.

The MOD Cyber Security Award
A closed award at the discretion of the Ministry of Defence for an individual or team across the whole estate both military and civilian who have made a significant contribution to Cyber.

Cyber Industry
This category recognises individuals, teams and organisations who are driving progress and innovation within the cyber industry. It celebrates professionals whose skills, leadership, and commitment across various sectors are helping to advance the field and protect the digital landscape. This category also showcases individuals, teams and organisations who are implementing DEI to drive inclusive practise in cyber. If the individual or organisation is applying methods to encourage green cyber, this should also be included within your entry in this category.
The Cyber in Law Award
An open award to any individual or team that operates within the legal sector. This includes ‘in-house’ legal teams.
The Cyber in Insurance Award
An open award to any individual or team that operates within the insurance sector.
The Cyber Security Team of the year
This award honors a leading cybersecurity company demonstrating strong teamwork, visionary leadership, sustainable growth, and contributions to the industry.
Incident Response Team of the year
The entrant must be an incident response provider, or an organisation with an integrated IR team, offering a service or software that equips users with tools to detect and address security breaches, alongside capabilities for incident data analysis and reporting.
The Startup Innovation in Cyber Award
An open award for any initiative, service or product that is innovative and ground breaking. (In business for less than 3 years).

The Cyber Product of the Year
An open award for a product that has made an impact when hitting the market. The product can be of any size and not necessarily commercial in nature.
The Not for Profit Cyber Award
An open award to any charity or not for profit organisation for work in protecting citizens online.
The MSP Of The Year
Managed Service Providers (MSP) in the UK acting as ongoing outsourced IT departments. Their primary focus lies in managing and monitoring an institution’s IT infrastructure, for example security systems, network devices, software, and data backups. This award recognises a Managed Service Provider offering an innovative approach to the management of a customer's information technology (IT) infrastructure and end-user systems, such as servers, networks, storage, and cloud infrastructure.

The SME Consultancy of the Year
A cybersecurity consultancy typically offering specialised expertise and guidance on cybersecurity strategy, risk and compliance and technical solutions, working on specific projects and providing recommendations. Consultants working for these organisations often have deep technical knowledge and help organisations identify vulnerabilities, mitigate risks, and improve their overall security posture. This award recognises the contribution made by a Small-Medium Consultancy (maximum 49 security-dedicated employees), or an organisation with an integrated division (max 49 security-dedicated employees), offering services or solutions (not products) enabling clients to identify problems, through evaluating security issues, assessing risk, and implementing solutions to address vulnerabilities, in a company's computer networks and computer systems.

The Enterprise Consultancy of the Year
A cybersecurity consultancy typically offering specialised expertise and guidance on cybersecurity strategy, risk and compliance and technical solutions, working on specific projects and providing recommendations. Consultants working for these organisations often have deep technical knowledge and help organisations identify vulnerabilities, mitigate risks, and improve their overall security posture. This award recognises the contribution made by an Enterprise Consultancy (minimum 50 security-dedicated employees), or an organisation with an integrated division (minimum 50 security-dedicated employees), offering services or solutions (not products) enabling clients to identify problems, through evaluating security issues, assessing risk, and implementing solutions to address vulnerabilities, in a company's computer networks and computer systems.

Cyber People
This category highlights individuals making a significant impact in the cybersecurity industry. It recognises leaders, innovators, and rising stars whose dedication, expertise, and efforts are shaping the future of cyber. This category should also highlight any sustainability practises this organisation or individual has implemented/been a part of to encourage green cyber. As well as demonstrating the DEI efforts the individual or organisation has been a part of to drive inclusivity in cyber.
The Cyber Emerging Talent Award
An open award that aims to identify and honor individuals who not only excel in their current endeavors but also show promise for shaping the future of cybersecurity.

The Cyber Diversity Award
An open award to any individual, team or organisation who promote diversity and inclusivity either through reputation, product, or trading.
The Alan Turing CISO/CSO Award
An open award presented by Sir Dermot Turing for the senior leader who has contributed to the digital safety of society.

The Cyber Citizen of the Year
An open and the ‘top’ award for any individual for their work in the cyber sector.

Education
This category honors those who champion cybersecurity education and learning, as well as those who are in education that have gone above and beyond who deserve recognition for their dedication to education in cyber. Please describe the organisation/individuals DEI efforts. It also recognises academic institutions and organisations who are driving innovation in teaching, training, or awareness initiatives that inspire and equip the next generation of cybersecurity talent. This category should also highlight any sustainability practises this organisation or individual has implemented/been a part of to encourage green cyber.
The Cyber School of the Year
An open award to all school and sixth form colleges for outstanding cyber education, protection of young people and online innovation.
The Cyber University of the Year
An open award for any recognised University or College of further education for outstanding cyber related education and learning.
The Cyber Student of the Year
An open award to anyone studying at a recognised educational Institution. There is no minimum age to apply and nominations are encouraged from those who are neurodiverse and individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds.
The Cyber Awareness Award
This award recognises companies that provide training and/or awareness programmes for businesses that are looking to make their teams more cyber aware, and to embed solid cyber hygiene foundations within their business. This award also encompasses training and certification organisations that provide support to Infosec professionals from entry to expert level.
The Cyber Vocational Professional Award
This award recognises organisations that have excelled in offering outstanding vocational courses within the cyber sector. It celebrates programmes that equip learners with the practical skills, competency, knowledge, and experience needed to succeed in hands-on cyber roles
Public Sector & Governance
This category recognises achievements in cybersecurity within the public sector and governance. It honors individuals, initiatives, projects, or teams that have demonstrated exceptional leadership in protecting public services, infrastructure, and data. The category highlights efforts to enhance resilience, improve security protocols, and promote innovation in cybersecurity within government agencies and public institutions. This category should also highlight any sustainability practises this organisation or individual has implemented/been a part of to encourage green cyber. Please also include details of the organisation's dedication to DEI practises.
The NHS England Award
A closed award at the discretion of NHS Digital for any individual or team that has made a significant contribution to the cyber safety of the NHS.

The UK Cyber Security Council Award
A closed award at the discretion of The UK Cyber Security Council for an individual or team across the cyber sector who have made an outstanding contribution.
